Due to the limited availability of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled by the customer.

 

2. Late Shipments

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for products that are shipped late.

 

3. Defective, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, missing, or wrong item(s), please report the issue to sales@protecsupplies.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will promptly address the issue by replacing, repairing, or crediting the item(s) based on availability.

 

4. Returns at Our Discretion

All returns, including those related to defective, missing, or wrong items, are subject to our discretion. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate course of action.
